Aventiv Technologies and The LAGRANT Foundation are awarding ten $1,000 scholarships to students who were formerly incarcerated or who have a parent inside. Our fairy carries the magic word to the families who need it — here is the resource, in full, with nothing hidden behind a gate.

All four criteria must be true on the day you apply.
Open to individuals who were formerly incarcerated, or who have one or more currently incarcerated parents.
Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student, or have graduated within the past year.
Must be pursuing or hold a degree in advertising, marketing, public relations, or a similar field.
Your college or university must be in California, Florida, North Carolina, New York, or Texas.
You carried a story most classmates never heard. That story belongs in advertising, marketing, and public relations rooms — and this award helps get you there.
If you were formerly incarcerated and you are studying now, or graduated within the last year, you are exactly who this scholarship was built for.
