LaDàna Young is the Founder & Executive Director of My Fairy GodParents (MFGP), a storytelling-centered nonprofit supporting youth, caregivers, and families impacted by incarceration. Her leadership is informed by lived experience, strategic communications insight, and a deep commitment to justice, healing, visibility, and opportunity.

She leads MFGP's work at the intersection of storytelling, family support, public education, and community partnership-building, helping transform lived experience into practical resources, advocacy, and impact.
